E² Consulting was founded in 2025 by Elliot Richmany and Kashif Rashid — two professionals shaped by years on the frontlines of digital transformation across VMware, Broadcom, and the enterprise technology ecosystem.
After leading some of the region's most complex modernization programs for governments, banks, and service providers, they saw a recurring challenge: organizations weren't lacking in technology, but in execution. The gap between vision and delivery was widening — and no existing partner was structured to close it.
E² Consulting was created to fill that gap — a Professional Services Organization built purely for delivery excellence.
Elliot Richmany

Elliot leads E² Consulting with a philosophy shaped by both technical discipline and strategic insight. His career spans over a decade across leading technology organizations, where he guided enterprises through digital transformation, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity modernization across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.

Kashif Rashid
Chief Technology Officer
Kashif is the technical core of E² Consulting — an architect with over two decades of experience designing and deploying mission-critical infrastructure across Dubai World, Saudi Telecom (STC), VMware, and Broadcom.
